When will you contact me to arrange an appointment to fit a water meter?

We will phone you within two weeks of receiving your application to arrange a time and date to visit your home to check we can fit the meter. If possible, we'll also fit the meter during this first visit, unless it turns out to be a complicated job. We'll send you a reminder text message 48 hours before we're due, and give you a quick ring on the day too, just to make sure you're ready for us.

To discuss this in more detail please call our water meter team on 0345 072 6065. We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm, and Saturday from 8am-4pm, excluding bank holidays.
