Just occasionally, it may not be possible for us to fit a meter in your home. We will have to admit defeat if you have more than one incoming water supply; you share your water supply with other properties; your internal pipework is inaccessible or in poor condition; or we are unable to find a suitable place to fit the meter.
If this happens you may have the option to switch to bills based on the size of your property. We'll discuss this with you in more detail if we can't fit the meter.
