How do I update my email address for My Account?

You can amend your email address once you have logged into My Account with your existing details. Please follow the 5 steps below:

  • Select the ‘my details’ option in the blue box on the right hand side of your screen
  • Scroll down to primary customer and click the plus sign ‘+’
  • Click ‘Update’
  • You should now be able to change your email address
  • Click ‘save’
