Yes - once registered for My Account, our free online service, you can choose to view and download your bills online rather than waiting for them to arrive through the post. With My Account you can use your smartphone, tablet or PC to pay your bill, give a meter reading, update your personal details and set up and manage your Direct Debit.
To register, you'll need your account number (from the top of your water bill), email address and property details.
