When will you turn the water on at my new property?

The water supply is usually left on at most properties. However, sometimes the previous occupier may have turned the water off at the stop cock - usually if the property has been empty for some time. If you're not sure where the stop cock is in your home, try looking under the kitchen sink, in the under-stairs cupboard, or in the cellar or garage.

If the stop cock is on, and you still have no water, please call us on 0345 672 3723 to check if there are any water supply issues in your area.
