Yes, please call us on the numbers below so that we’re aware that your home is empty. You only pay charges if your home is occupied, water use is being recorded through your meter, or you receive services from us (for example, you’re using water to renovate your home). Please call us on the numbers below if you need to talk to us about this further.

We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm, and Saturday from 8am-4pm, excluding bank holidays.
