Why have I received a text message about updating your app?

We've sent a text to all of our app customers letting them know we are making some important changes to our app. You will need to update to the new version of our app (version 1.1.4) or you won’t be able to use the app to pay your bill or give a meter reading.  

Please update our app as soon as you can by clicking the App Store or Google Play logos below.

If you have ‘automatic updates’ switched on for your phone it’s likely the app may have already updated to version 1.1.4 in which case you won’t see an ‘Update’ button when you visit your app store.
