Can I submit a meter reading using your mobile app?

You can submit your water meter readings using our mobile app as soon as you’re registered. All you need to do is log in and select ‘submit a meter reading’ which is shown in the pink box at the bottom of your dashboard.

If you find it difficult reading your water meter, please use our flashlight and camera tool at the bottom of the page. 

Once you have already taken your meter reading, please enter the digits into the fields under ‘enter a meter reading’. The reading date underneath will automatically default to today’s date however, you can change this by selecting ‘edit date’. Once you have selected the date you took your meter reading click ‘submit reading’.
