What are Priority Services?

Some of our customers need a bit of extra support at times, and it could be due to anything from age, ill health, a disability or mental-health problems to financial worries or language barriers.

Our Priority Services are here to help those customers, and allow us to respond quickly and considerately to their particular needs.

Priority Services are free, and are available to all eligible customers who live in the North West area.

Even if you don't need these services yourself, please consider whether a family member, friend or neighbour would benefit from Priority Services and pass this information to them. You do not have to be the named bill payer to benefit from this extra support.

It’s easy to register online for Priority Services, or call our team on 0345 072 6093; text relay: dial 18001 followed by 0345 072 6093; or live chat with us by clicking on the orange box on the right.
