How can I find my account balance?

Here are two easy ways to find your account balance.

  1. Register for My Account, our free online service that enables you to view your account 24-hours-a-day, as well as pay your bill, set up a Direct Debit, give a water meter reading or choose paperless billing.
  2. Call our 24-hour automated balance enquiry line on 0800 980 6050. Please have your customer account number handy (you can find this at the top of your water bill).
