Help shape the future of your water and wastewater services
What do you care about most?
That’s the question United Utilities will be asking its customers when the company hits towns and cities across the North West.
The water company will ask customers how money raised from their bills should be spent, which will play a key role in shaping the company’s business plan which goes to the regulator, Ofwat, next year.
Louise Beardmore, Customer Service Director at United Utilities said: “Understanding what our customers care about most is so important. We’re a proud North West company and we want everyone in the region to have their say on the future of our business.
United Utilities has already engaged with thousands of people and has set out three proposed areas for service improvement between 2020 and 2025. These include improving services, such as reducing sewer flooding and leaks, improving the North West’s environment and increasing help for those customers who are most in need.
“We have already been in conversation with many customers, but we want even more to tell us whether these are the right areas to target improvements, or if there is anything else we should prioritise to help shape the region’s future” said Louise.
