We offer two services to ensure businesses have up-to-date plans of all the utility networks on your site.

Map scan

We can take your existing utility plans and drawings and convert them into high quality CAD drawings.

These drawings are then presented on CD-Rom, allowing you to easily view all the individual utility networks on your site.

Each utility network can be represented on individual layers within the CAD file, allowing each utility network to be viewed independently.

We can work with any existing media regardless of its size, condition or format.

Utility scan

For those businesses with no existing plans of the utility networks on their site, we offer a state-of-the-art mapping service which requires no digging or expensive invasive work.

Using radar and global positioning system technology along with more traditional methods, we can detect and map all the underground pipes and cables including water and wastewater pipes, gas, electricity and telecommunications networks.

Once our survey is complete you receive a CAD drawing both in hard copy and on CD-Rom. Drawings are supplied in multi-layered format to allow individual networks to be viewed separately if required.

The service will be of particular interest to those organisations that need to demonstrate compliance with Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) regulations for their drainage networks.
