Sometimes people have real difficulty paying their bill. If you have a problem please phone us as soon as possible - even if this is before your bill arrives.

You have to pay for your water and wastewater service and although we cannot reduce the size of our bill, we want to help you and can offer a number of different ways to make it easier for you to pay.
