In December 2007 we presented our strategic direction statement to Ofwat. The document takes a long term view of the challenges we face from 2010 - 2035.
The plan addresses how climate change could affect water supply, how many customers we will be serving and the cost of water to customers.
This longer term view will help us to plan improvements that will benefit customers in the North West of England.
