Overall Performance Assessment

All water and sewerage companies are required to submit an annual return to Ofwat covering their activities in the previous financial year. Ofwat call this process the 'June return' and the report shows how we are performing in a number of areas including supply interruptions, complaints and leakage. You can read about our latest overall performance assessment via the Ofwat website.
