If you’re finding it difficult to read or understand your water bill or are just unsure how to make a payment, we can help by sending your bill to one of your friends or relative.

Before you take advantage of our Nominee scheme, please make sure that you check with the person you’ve appointed before you give their details to us.

Let us know the the nominee's contact information by calling us on 0845 746 1100. If you have hearing or speech difficulties and use a textphone, you can dial 18001 before the number you require so your call will be answered by a text relay operator who will relay the call to us. There is no extra charge for this service.
