If you have no water or your water pressure has dropped so there's only a trickle coming out of the tap, call us 0845 746 2200.

If there are other small businesses next door, check whether they are affected too. If it’s only you that’s affected, you may simply have an air lock or blockage in your pipes that needs to be worked out. Watch the video on the right for advice on what to do.
