Emergency repairs

The areas below are where we have faults affecting customers. To search for a problem in your area, please enter your postcode prefix (e.g. WA4), or your Town / district name.

If you are affected by a problem detailed below, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, please be assured we are repairing it as quickly as possible.

If you have discovered a water problem in your area, but cannot see your town, district or postcode listed below, please call us on 0845 746 2200, so that we can carry out further investigations.

We are open between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturday, and 8am to noon on Sunday. We also have an emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
