If you are moving out of the North West or are moving to a property where you will no longer be responsible for payment of water charges, you will need to let us know of your move so we can bill you correctly.
Already registered for My Account? Let us know you are moving online.
If your old home has a water meter, you can let us know of your move by calling 0845 746 2222
If your old home does not have a water meter, you can let us know of your move by calling 0845 746 1100
When you’re letting us know about your move you’ll need to have handy :
- Your account number or previous address postal code
- Your move date
- An up to date final water meter reading, if you had a meter*
- The name of the person moving into your old address, if you know it.
- A forwarding address to send you final bill to
*Not sure how to read your meter?
You’ll still need to let know where you are moving to as well as any contact information for you so we can contact you if we need to or send you a refund for any money we owe you.
