More and more customers are saving money by switching to a water meter. If you live on your own, have a small family, or live in a house with a high rateable value you may be better off with a meter.
How do I apply to have a meter fitted? If you think you will be better off and want us to fit a meter, then you must complete an application form. We will only ask our contractors to fit a meter at your property, once we have received a fully completed application form from you. If you send us a form that is not fully completed, we will contact you about the missing information before we process your application.

Please ensure you read the questions about meters so that you understand the conditions of having a water meter fitted.
If you do not have access to a printer please call our automated leaflet line on 0845 303 7711 or minicom 0808 143 1195 and we will send you an information booklet, which includes an application form. This booklet will help you work out if you'd be better off with a meter.
