Investing in the North West

Between 2010 and 2015 we’re pumping approximately £3.5 billion into our water and wastewater network so it can deal with changes in lifestyle and weather patterns.

And we’re looking at ways to improve our customer service too, to make sure it’s always as good as our water. For example, we’ve set up a Community Fund to benefit community groups in specific areas where we are working.
