If you're having trouble paying your bill, please give us a call - we can help.
Our team may be able to make paying your bill less stressful. To make your life easier, you can choose when you'd like to pay your bill: annually, half yearly, quarterly, monthly, fortnightly or even weekly! We can also help you work out which of our payment methods is best for you. If you’re on benefits, we can arrange for payments to be taken directly from them. Plus we do have a range of assistance schemes which you may be eligible for. The schemes are only available for our household customers.

Pay by instalments
You can spread the cost of your bill by paying in instalments. Set up a direct debit and choose a payment date that suits you. You'll also get a £5 discount!
Considered a water meter?
Depending on the amount of water you use, a water meter might save you money. Find out if you'd be better off on a water meter.
If you're having money problems, there are other people who can help you too. The Citizens Advice Bureau and the National Debtline can give you with free, independent advice.
