We offer a range of services, free of charge, which are ideal for our customers who are older, have sight or hearing problems, are disabled or have limited mobility, learning difficulties, Haemo dialyse at home or serious illness.
Services for customers with sight problems For customers who have problems with sight and find bills difficult to read, we can send it in a format that is easier for them, such as large print or Braille. Or they can nominate a friend or relative to receive their bills.
Using a dialysis machine at home
If you dialyse at home you should already be registered with us by the hospital you attend but if not, we've got all the information you need.
Services for customers who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech difficulties
If you have hearing or speech difficulties, we have a number of services to help you.
Bogus callers: password scheme We have a free password scheme to help protect all our customers from bogus callers and for extra peace of mind.

- call us on 0845 746 1100. If you have hearing or speech difficulties and use a textphone, please dial 18001 before the number you require. Your call will be answered by a text relay operator who will relay the call to us. There is no extra charge for this service, or
