An existing customer moving within our area

You can tell us you are moving online - using our My Account service.

When you know when you are moving you can log in and fill in our online form. You'll need to have handy :

  • Your account number and postcode
  • Your new address
  • Your moving date (once confirmed)
  • A water meter reading from your previous address*
  • A water meter reading from your new address*
  • The name and new address of the previous occupier
  • The name of the person moving into your old address
  • If you are renting, the name and address of your landlord or housing association

If your new property has a water meter, you can let us know you are moving by calling 0845 746 2222

If your new property does not have a water meter, you can let us know you are moving by calling 0845 746 1100
