An existing customer moving within our area
You can tell us you are moving online - using our My Account service.
When you know when you are moving you can log in and fill in our online form. You'll need to have handy :
- Your account number and postcode
- Your new address
- Your moving date (once confirmed)
- A water meter reading from your previous address*
- A water meter reading from your new address*
- The name and new address of the previous occupier
- The name of the person moving into your old address
- If you are renting, the name and address of your landlord or housing association
If your new property has a water meter, you can let us know you are moving by calling 0845 746 2222
If your new property does not have a water meter, you can let us know you are moving by calling 0845 746 1100
