It can take up to 10 working days for us to respond to emails - so if you have an issue with your water supply (e.g. no water or poor supply) or a waste water problem (e.g. flooding or suspected blockages) please call us on 0345 672 3723 (local rate charge) for a quicker response and resolution. Otherwise for general and non-urgent queries use our online form.
