The charges we bill you for cover the cost of providing water to the place where you live and taking away your wastewater.
The charges are usually the responsibility of the person who lives in the property and uses the water. Unless your landlord has entered into an agreement with us, accepting responsibility for our charges, you will be responsible for paying the bill. Please speak to your landlord if you are unsure who is responsible for paying the bill.
