We offer a password scheme to all our customers to help protect you against bogus callers entering your home and to give you extra peace of mind. All you have to do is let us know the password you would like us to use if we visit you.
The password will only be known to you and us and it can be any word you like, up to 12 letters long. When any of our employees visit you, ask them to give you the password before you let them in. If the person at your door gives you the wrong password or does not know your password, do not let them in. To register for a password, complete the Extracare application form or telephone 0845 746 1100.
