How to Order

Domestic and Commercial Drainage and Water Searches

Please send an email containing the following information:

  • Your company name, address and contact details.
  • Full postal address of the property to be searched.
  • A plan with the property clearly highlighted.
  • Occupier details (where applicable).

Your request will be input by a Customer Services Advisor and you will be contacted by telephone to process payment with either a credit or debit card.

The completed report will then be returned to you via email within four working days.

Or:

If you prefer you may write a letter, attach a cheque, plan and send it in the post.
Please Note: Sending a request via post will be subject to postal delay which may add up to three working days to the overall turnaround time versus emailed requests.

Network service plans

If you require any plans from us, please email, fax: 0870 751 0102 or post your request to the above address. Please make sure you include a location plan showing sufficient established features, with the site clearly outlined, contact information for yourselves and/ or your company.

We will then produce a quotation form and fax or email that back to you informing you of the type of plans available and the cost. The plans will be sent to you within two days on receipt of payment.
