Pay Your Bill

If you've recently moved home, you need to tell us so that we can ensure your account details are up-to-date. Our on-line forms make this process as easy as possible - just click the link which best describes your move. Commercial customers can also use these forms.

• Moving within the United Utilities region (Existing customers) This form should be completed by existing United Utilities customers who have recently moved home and need to transfer their account to a new address.
• Moving into the United Utilities region (New customers) Complete this form if you are new to the North West region, or are moving into a home for the first time and have never previously had an account with United Utilities.
• Moving out of the United Utilities region  Please complete this form if you are moving out of the North West, or are moving into a property where you are not responsible for the water bill.
