Moving home or premises?

If you've recently moved house or your responsibility for water bills has changed, you need to tell us so that we can ensure your account details are up-to-date. Our on-line forms make this process as easy as possible - just click the link which best describes your situation.

Commercial customers can also use these forms.

  • Moving house
    Choose this form if you are moving house or business premises.
  • New customer
    Choose this form if you are taking on responsibility for paying water bills for an address and haven't been a United Utilities customer before.
  • No longer responsible for water bills
    Choose this form if someone else is taking over responsibility for payment of charges at your address, and you are not moving into a new property.
  • Landlords / letting agents
    Choose this form to inform us of changes of tenancy for your properties.

To use these forms you will need:

  • your account number (you can find this on your last bill)
  • your property details (new and old, if applicable)
  • meter reading (if applicable)
