United Utilities Group PLC is committed to high standards of corporate governance.

It is subject to the Combined Code on Corporate Governance 2006 (the 'Combined Code'). The board aims to comply fully with the provisions of the Combined Code and reports each year in the Annual Report on how it has complied.
