At United Utilities we have trained advisors who can discuss how to make paying you bill easier for you. They can help you work out which of our payment methods best suits your needs. If you receive benefits they can also arrange for your bill to be paid direct from your benefits.

Advice from an independent money advisor
We work with the Money Advice Trust to provide a joint referral procedure for our customers in severe financial hardship. If you give us a few basic details, we can refer you to your nearest Money Advisor who will contact you direct.
