Unfortunately United Utilities customers in this postcode area are affected by the hosepipe ban. If you receive your water supply from any other water company you are not affected by the ban.
People living in Chester postcodes CH1 to CH4 who are supplied by Dee Valley Water Company are NOT affected by the ban. All United Utilities customers in Chester postcodes CH1, CH2 and CH3 are included in the ban, along with all other UU customers in Cheshire.
Although you are prohibited from using a hosepipe to water your garden or wash your car, you can still do these activities but please use a watering can or bucket and sponge instead.
