UUW further increase of GBP 2022's to £375m

On 5th June 2009, United Utilities Water PLC (A3, stable; A- stable) priced a second reopening of its £275m 5.75% notes due March 2022 by selling a further £100 million to Lloyds TSB Bank plc.
The original £200m issue of notes was priced on 18 March 2008 off UUW's multi-issuer Euro medium term note programme, and had subsequently been reopened in a size of £75m on the 24 March 2009. The latest £100m fungible tap takes the issue to £375m.
